Her Dancing

I gazed upon her dancing
a gentle ballet into the forest,
her motions rounding the trees
that watched her every step
in astonishment and admiration.

Close the stream played its
music, the melody that kept
rhythm with her on this stage
a dancer in a progression, lost.
Water caresses the stones with
lights and reflections of this dream,
cool breezes followed her with
the waters rippled song.

The honeysuckle bowed before her,
the beauty of this nymph not matched
by anything in nature, surrounding her,
fragrances linger from each ‘er spin,
they mix and mingle with gentle petals,
a dance of motions with dandelion spores
that gave way to witness the beauty of her.

The flowing of her hips and the rise of
her breasts, half hidden with lengths
of silken hair, dazzling with each
leap her body did contrive and perform.

Had I witnessed this beauty as but once
I’d take my life’s gift and pack it away.
For this ground shared with her hidden.
This nymph lost within my heart
and captured by mine eyes, these
times returned, her beauty gave to me
as I looked into her soul.
